Medical Record Retrieval Without the Constant Follow-Up

We understand most medical record retrieval providers automatically charge you twice for medical and billing records. At Zap Scans, we believe in fair pricing. If we’re able to request the record types needed together, you will only pay our flat fee of $65 per request. If the provider makes us send 2 requests to get the records, maybe because they have 2 different departments or they have their billing with an outside vendor, then you will have to pay two requests at $65 each. After 5 specialists the rate changes to 35 per request. Whenever we can save money, we pass on the savings to you too.

Yes, we will work the case until you get what you need. We do a quality check to make sure the records are for the correct person, legible, within the correct time frame, and the type of records requested. Sometimes providers or copy services send incomplete records, and it’s impossible for us to identify if they left something out. In this situation, once you inform us, we go back to the provider to get what’s missing — at no additional fee to you.

If a record is unavailable, a “No Records Found” certificate will be issued automatically.

Our statistical average turnaround time is 15 days.
